Playtech Sports makes three new senior appointments
In the realm of online gaming there are few bigger names than Playtech, as they are nothing short of any industry giant. How the brand has managed to stay on top of its game is through the fact that it understands the importance of making smart management appointments.
Injecting fresh blood into the leadership of Playtech, three new appointments have been made on the sports betting side of the business. In a move to reinforce the sports betting senior management team, Richard Andrew, Danny Angus, and Eoin Redmond have now all joined the company.

In an official statement, Playtech confirmed that Richard Andrew has been appointed Playtech Sports Chief Operating Officer (COO), arriving from The Hong Kong Jockey Club. As a result of Ian Chuter’s departure for Ladbrokes-Coral, Peter Greberg has been promoted to the position of Technical Director and Malmo Division Leader.
Finally, Eion Redmond is joining as Playtech Sportsbook Product Director, following his departure from sports betting powerhouse Betfair. Appointments of this level tend to be somewhat of a rarity, so for Playtech to make three is quick succession really does represent quite the event.
Strategic vision
Speaking about the three appointments and what it will mean for the future of Playtech Sports Mor Weizer (Playtech CEO) said:

He also spoke briefly on the departure of Ian Chuter:
