LeoVegas to Acquire Royal Panda, More Awards for NetEnt
Royal Panda and LeoVegas are two of the most well-known animal-themed online casino sites in the world, both famous for their top-quality customer service, excellent gaming selections, and innovative and unique promotions.
The two are soon to become one, or at least attached, as LeoVegas has managed to negotiate a deal to acquire Royal Panda.
About the deal
The deal between the two is seen as a good thing for players at both sites, as Royal Panda is already mobile casino certified, but will only be improved by the expertise and experience of LeoVegas.
Also, Royal Panda’s one issue is seen to be their Live Casino offering by many, and LeoVegas, which uses NetEnt Live Casino, could well rectify this issue.
Obviously, time will tell whether the difference is as great as many hope, or if no changes are noticeable, but it’s unlikely to be bad news for anyone, and Royal panda customers are not expected to have to do anything once the acquisition has been finalised.
NetEnt Pick Up Two Italian Awards
Talking of NetEnt, this time in terms of the awards they have received more than their Live Casino, the Swedish software behemoth has scooped two more awards, this time at the EGR Italy awards, where the developer picked up Mobile Supplier of the Year and Software Supplier of the year.
These are two more awards for NetEnt to add to their already very full shelf, and cements their place at the very top of the iGaming industry.
NetEnt weren’t the only winners, as the growth of PayPal as a withdrawal and depositing method at online casinos has seen its popularity improve, and the company picked up the Payments and Fraud Company of the Year honour at the EGR Italy awards.
There’s always a lot going on in the iGaming world, but it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on the LeoVegas/Royal Panda deal!
