Coral Vegas’ New Advert Aiming to ‘Electrify’
Gala Coral has announced the launch of an extended, multi-channel advertising campaign that is designed to support and promote its new Coral Vegas gaming app.
The new campaign, which is called ‘Electrifying’, was thought up by Newcastle based creative agency Cravens, alongside MPC (Moving Picture Company).
The campaign will feature the new Coral Vegas animated character, Electric Tiger, who was developed by MPC, who are the same company that developed Shere Khan for the latest Jungle Book film.
Primary casino product
The advertising campaign, which aired its very first commercial on Sky Sports 1 last night (September 12th, 2016) after the football match between Sunderland and Everton, will be pushed through multiple UK broadcasters, as well as cinemas and online mediums.
Speaking of this new campaign, Paul Corson, Head of Advertising for Coral, said:
“This stylish new TV ad, featuring the elusive ‘Electric Tiger’ illustrates the app’s slick design and performance. Coral Vegas will be our primary casino product on mobile, offering the best and most popular games from our online and retail catalogues as well as a constant pipeline of new and exclusive games developed by our in-house studio.”
Phil Coverdale, MD of Cravens, agrees with Corson’s opinion, adding:
“Collaborating with Coral and MPC, we believe we’ve created a campaign announcing a new presence in the online casino market that’s impossible to ignore.”
Away from the standard
Gala Coral marketing, and the creative agencies they have worked with and continue to work with on the campaign, have stated that they are trying to take their branding away from the standard set by its competitors in the iGaming world.
This is no easy task when you consider the sheer number of competitors that there are, but the clear emphasis on viewer engagement means that these add campaigns should start to gain people’s attention very quickly!
