Slot MagiX is powered by Cozy Games, so it’s not the flashiest, nor does it have the best graphics. Some of the games have loud annoying sound effects – the volume button will become a good friend any time you play here. A good percentage of the games have identical sound effects too, which adds to the slightly ‘budget vibe’ of the site. One game we didn’t enjoy was ‘Hippies’ -- with its flower power theme, you would expect it to be full of far-out sound effects and groovy graphics. Alas, there was just an annoying buzz when the wheels spun – not the kind of buzz we were hoping for. There isn’t a huge variety of casino games either -- two types of blackjack, one type of roulette and three types of video poker, and no live dealers are present. If it were a casino in the real world, we’d probably walk in, have a sniff around, then leave after a few minutes…bored, and looking for a night club…
