mRiches Casino Review

mRiches is a pretty cool name for a website, there is no denying that, unfortunately, you cannot put capital letters in a web address. This means that when you read the site name, you’re as likely to read it as Mr Iches, which is not quite as pleasing a name for a site! Granted, that’s probably not the most important factor in a review of mRiches Casino, but we have all heard stories of companies that didn’t consider who their name might be mistakenly read in the domain name of their site, and I’m sure mRiches will not be ecstatic that they have added their name to that list, although you’d think people would check by now really.

This is a Nektan site, which certainly adds a certain level of gravitas straight out of the gate. But a reputation can change in a hurry in the world of iGaming, so what does mRiches have to separate itself from the pack?

Design and theme

mRiches is a good looking site, and being aesthetically pleasing is certainly a way to gain yourself some attention. A red and white colour scheme with a rather wonderful, if slightly odd background image, the majority of the design here is actually created by the thumbnails of the games available, which is always a good idea. Well, it’s almost always a good idea, the one problem that can arise, is if you have three different sections, called three different things, and two of them have almost the same list of games in them, it stops being so impressive.

In no uncertain times, the navigation at mRiches is an absolute nightmare, I genuinely do not think I have seen a worse effort than this at any other site. For a start, the first two sections on the homepage are titles Best Games and Best Slots, one time you open the site, Best Games has seven games to show you, Best Slots has eight (you can slide for four more, but there are eight when you first open the homepage), six of them are the same. They vary, so you try again, this time Blackjack turns up in the Best Slots list and the Best casino list at the bottom of the page has three slots and five scratch cards in it, Blackjack appears in Best Games and Best Slots, but not in Best Casino. It really is very silly.

Games

If you can find your way around the games section without accidentally visiting casino games when you want slots or vice versa, you will find offerings from the likes of Aristocrat Gaming, IGT Interactive, Nektan, NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, Novomatic, Realistic Games, SG Gaming, and Williams Interactive, which makes it clear that there really is an impressive list of games here, but just try finding them. mRiches is like Schrodinger and Pandora designed a casino site, there may or may not be excellent games inside the box, but to find out you’d have to open it, and it’s fairly impossible to find out how.

A good selection of games doesn’t matter for anything if you can’t find your way around, and the lacklustre (at best) attempt at navigation at mRiches simply doesn’t make it worth it, you can find all these games at other places and they’re much easier to find. Also, there’s only two blackjack games and no video poker. Seriously, it’s just not worth it.
